    Ellensburg property taxes raised by 1 percent  Nov 14, 2009
    According to City Finance Director Ade Ariwoola, for the first time he can remember, the city s implicit price deflator, or IPD, came in negative for 2009. That means the growth, instead of increasing by, say, half a percent, actually decreased, Ariwoola said. (Ellensburg Daily Record, WA)
